CCT solutions support the key stages in construction projects. The various solutions share the same core technology, thus they integrate seamlessly. CCT extends the BIM concept into the Buildings and MEP industry by linking data (design, estimation, schedule, etc.) into the 3D model regardless of the authoring systems (Bentley Systems, Autodesk, Tekla, IFC). C3D comes with a set of handheld and digital pens integration that provides real collaboration and update from field team to the office.

Features   Solutions

BIM Construction (Plan, Estimate, Budget)

C3D is an award winning BIM-based project control solution which allows engineers visualize construction progress as well as plan and control construction targets by tying schedules and costs with material availability in one practical 3D platform.

Quality Management and Handover

C3D ATLAS is a 3D based project  handover, commissioning and QC solution which supports the full-life cycle of the project's stages and inspection steps. C3D ATLAS also comes with a Room Completion module which allows for a visual guide to the check points in the QC process.

Fleet Asset Management

CCT’s Fleet Asset Management offering is based on two solutions: a vehicle / equipment tracking and monitoring system called iFALCON™, and Armada™ a maintenance management solution built on top of IBM®
Maximo®. iFALCON works with several construction equipment / vehicle manufacturers and leverages a map-based interface to track and monitor assets, while ascertaining that your site and safety requirements are met. For the same assets,  Armada offers a construction industry customized layer for Maximo providing enhanced asset, work, inventory, fuel, labor, timesheet, billing, predictive and preventive maintenance management.

Document Management

VBC is document management and control platform designed for Contractors in mind. The solution comes with a powerful workflow engine (BPM), as well as featuring a dashboard based  portal look, engineering document review and  collaboration functionality, correspondence  tracking, revision history management and  more. VBC is available on premises or over  the cloud and integrates with all CCT applications.

Construction Support Services

Construction projects are incredibly complex. But with the array of support services developed by CCT, these projects become very manageable and far less overwhelming. These services include contractor focused BIM services, laser scanning, simulation and constructability studies.
